Problem with PayPal payment?

Hi,

Have any of you experienced problems with your PayPal account?

I received a notification email from CC that my payment had been transferred to my PayPal account on Friday 3 Dec, but I haven't received confirmation from PayPal and the money is not in my account? How long does it normally take? I can't find this information on the PayPal site.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Usually the money appears immediately in PayPal. Perhaps there's a typo in the PayPal account information? I'd double-check the settings (look under "Edit my account") as well as notify CC that there's something amiss.

Thanks for your reply.

I had recently contacted support to change my contact email address and PayPal email address, but only my contact address was changed. I didn't notice the PayPal email further down the screen in the 'Edit my account' section! I should have changed it myself, but I didn't know. Lesson learned here!

Are you still able to access your old PayPal account? You may need to have CC reverse that payment and reissue it to the correct account.
