Hi,

Stupid question I suppose, but I'm new and was wondering what my 'byline' is. When someone buys the rights I hear (on occasions) they must use my byline. What does this mean?

Thanks,

Matt

This is usually a short line under the title something along the lines of Copywrite symbol 2011 Karrie Emms. Of course use your name :)

It can also be just, by Karrie Emms. Similar to a newspaper where the column author is noted.

Thanks for asking this. I was feeling too stupid to ask more questions than I already have.
