I have a question about requested content

I have joined a couple of weeks ago but I just now have the time to finally submit some articles. I was wondering if even though in the requested content section where it says what they are willing to pay do we have to actually sell it for that price? The reason I ask is because the article I have written for a request is meant to be purchased for $10-$20 but they want full rights and I was told that full rights pays more. So should I set my price for what they want or should I set it higher since they say they want full rights? I don't want to charge too much and then my article not get purchased but yet I also don't want to let it go for so little for full rights. Please respond soon so i can get this submitted soon. Thanks. :)

It's something of a tradeoff, for me. If the articles requested are short, I might sell them for fullrights for $20, if it's a subject I know a lot about and the article didn't take long to write.

But I've seen some requested content for articles 1000+ or even 1500+ words, where they're offering $20 for full rights. I wouldn't write for that.

If the topic is one that I could sell to someone else, I might write an article and list it for a price I consider fair. But if it's something that only that requestor would be interested in purchasing...I just wouldn't.

many people write for the request anyway and price the work accordingly. If they purchase the article they write more.
