Is there something wrong with the login process?

I wanted to post my first article here but am unable to log in. I know I'm using the correct email address but even when I ask to have my details sent to me, it tells me the email address isn't in the database.

Help, please.

Login and Password is case sensitive so make sure you enter it exactly how you set it up. Your Penname is "Scribbles".
