I am currently working on a private request that asks for bullet points. I apply the points in my Word doc. by using the "insert symbol" tool. However, when I place it on here, the bullet points are displayed as question marks. Any suggestions? I would rather not use the * for a bullet point.

Instead of "insert symbol," use the automatic bulleting feature in Word. Should be in the menu, or else look under Formatting. That should make the bullets display correctly when you copy and paste.
