Site Problems?

Good Evening,

It's been a strange day. I'm wondering if the site is having some problems today. Two buyers of my articles, both for private requests, ended up having problems while trying to purchase. I suggested to one that he contact support. I contacted support about the other problem. Is it just my account? Or is today one of those days when a gremlin is standing on the wing?

I wondered the same thing. I had an email notification of the acceptance of an article today, but never saw it in the articles section. I think I searched past page 9 or so... I found it by searching the title and by looking up the author's section, but otherwise it's like it's just floating out there somewhere.
Hope the glitches get worked out. I can't complain - CC has been grand.

These problems tend to work themselves out in a couple hours or a day. It takes people to get used to the site and problems do occur once in a while. I'm sure these have already been resolved but if not asking the customer to contact support is a great step.

All the issues I had yesterday were resolved. I really appreciate the behind the scenes people who make CC a great venue for writers. Thank you CC support.
