Sold but not paid?

I have an article, Surviving Back to Back Pregnancies that supposedly sold, when I look at it in My Content, but under my Recently Sold Content, it doesn´t appear. Why is that? Is it just taking some time to process?

It doesn't look sold to us... maybe someone added the content to their cart but changed their mind.
