Question about Sourcing Articles

Hello all. I had a purely theoretical question, and I apologize if it has already been answered. I am new to the community.

My question is this. What is to keep users from buying articles on lowball sites like TextBroker and then reselling those articles on CC for a higher payout? Is that against the rules?

I assume that the quality of those low-cost sites is much lower than the quality of Constant Content?

Thanks, and I really look forward to my time on CC!

I would definitely say that this would be against the rules. CC wants well written unique articles. You can't submit an article that is written and posted online by someone else. I believe that would be grounds for account suspension. If there's anyone reading this who has been with CC a while, please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm new here.
