Using Old Articles

I need some information about articles we submit. I created a blog a few years back, added two blog posts and then moved off in another direction. The blog and its two posts have just sat there since. Today I deleted the two posts and saved them in Word docs.

My question is this: Since I already put them on the Internet, can I submit them here? I used online plag checkers and the work doesn’t seem to have been appropriated by anyone. Which rights can I use?

I also have some old articles on Helium. Am I allowed to use those here? If so, what usage is allowed?

Thanks!

In theory, you can offer previously published content for "usage rights". In practice, you are better to just write new articles you can sell for full rights here.

Thanks for the reply, Jade.

The vast majority of what I offer will be brand new, but these two articles from my abandoned blog should not be wasted. I have only a few at Helium that are worth re-doing because the others were not evergreen. I just didn't want to get into any trouble by misunderstanding what I am, and am not, allowed to do here.

Put them up here for use sale if they are properly written according to the site rules. If you need to rewrite than do enough of a rewrite to make them unique for here and than put the old articles up on a rev share site like infobarrel (ref link-I like the points there)
