Hi All,
I accepted an $8 offer on $14 dollar article but the payment has not been made. It has been three days. Is this normal? Also, I understood that once I accept, the buyer is obligated to pay. Is this fact correct?

I don't think they're obligated to buy. I've heard of quite a few best offers that never materialized.

My experience is that you should accept the offer right away while the user is browsing. If you come back in a day or several hours later, they probably already found what they were looking for.
