Having trouble with a resubmit

Hello Ed?

You probably know that I'm new here, so forgive me if this is a routine question. I have tried to submit an article a few days ago and it was rightfully rejected. I have now tried several times to resubmit the corrected version but keep having issues.

The first time, it said I wasn't logged in. I had been, but some time had elapsed so I logged in again. The second attempt made a reference to "full rights" and left several fields blank although I had typed and already filled them. I was not trying to use the "full rights" feature, only the "usage" feature. The only thing I can conclude is that I asked for more money than your scale allowed. I also noticed that the article content section now had several //// injected into it. My third and fourth attempts yielded the same results. Could you please shed some light on this for me?

Thanks,

I don't know, honestly. Sometimes those slashes appear as the ghost of a glitch that used to happen quite freqently. I just ignore them because no one is intentionally inserting slashes.

If you are still having technical troubles, please use the form to contact support. They may be better able to help you with your problems.

Thanks,
Ed

Ed,

Thank you for your response. I tried it once more and was able to get it submitted. I suspect I may have over looked the requirement to place a zero dollar amount in the fields I didn't use.

Thanks for your patience while I learn your system.
