After reading some posts I decided to change my last sub to full rights only. There was no check box next to usage and when I set it to blank or zero, I got, "Sorry we are no longer accepting free content. The usage license price must be greater than zero. Thanks!"

Is this new or am I doing something wrong?

It's funky because it thinks a blank means free. Just set the usage price the same as full rights and it will take care of itself. For example, if you're asking $80 for full rights, put $80 in the usage field.
