Links to resources

Hi,

I'm writing an article for a pool request about climbing holidays. I've mentioned a couple of tour operators offering them and think it would be really useful to link to their websites. I know I can't use links in the text, but can I put them in a references section at the bottom?

i.e. to write in the article text: "...the tour operator, Company Name [1], offers holidays in..."

then have a references section listing the links:
[1] Company Name - www.companywebsite.com

Would that be okay, or is there a more standard way of doing it?

Include the resources at the end with a section break titled "Resources" or something similar. However, don't include the http://www stuff; just put the web address. In your text, just do an inline reference: "The Company Name tour operator offers holidays..." and don't put a footnote number or other reference mark. That way the customer can use the resources section or not, depending on if they want the links.
