So is it typical that issues regarding conservative issues are declined, based on the editorial staff labeling them as being editorialized? I just want to know so that I don't waste any further time here if so.

Depends on what you mean by "conservatives issues", I guess. Editorializing isn't allowed here, whether it's conservative or liberal or even non-political.
