Hi,

Why isn't my article appearing on the search list? It was accepted almost a week ago, and the keywords include things like "fish" and "dogs". It appears on the my content tab, but when I try using the search bar I can't find it. Any ideas?

I did submit it to a public request, but that was over 5 days ago. Is this somehow affecting its visibility?

Did you submit your article to a request? If so, the client will have exclusive access to the article and won't show up in the search results for somewhere between 7-10 days. Give it another 3 days, unless the customer buys it before then. "My Content" will show you everything you've submitted. If it wasn't for a request it should show up in search if you filled in the keyword field during submission.

Thanks for the response. When I submitted the article it was not for a request. When it was already accepted, I scanned through the public requests and found one that fits the article, so I sent a message to the client and submitted the article for his request. Does this work the same way?

Yes, it does. Before you submit a general pool article to a public request, the title will be visible in search results, but as soon as you submit it to a client's request, it disappears and will reappear 7-10 days later
