Are we allowed to quote a verse from the source in the article for sale to state a fact or claim in relation to the article as long as the reference is mentioned?

Yes, but you cannot use links or websites. You could say eHarmony, for instance, but not eHarmony.com.

You can include the .com -- you just shouldn't include http:// so mentioning eHarmony.com is allowed (e.g., "According to an eHarmony.com survey...")
