I have removed articles from another site and would like to submit them to CC. However, when I google the byline they are coming up even though they are not available. They are also written in another name and not my pen name. How do I deal with these two issues when I try to submit them to CC? Thanks!

I'm not sure. If you're signed up with a pen name, CC knows your real name and your pen name I believe. So if the other name is your real name, then you might be able to explain and get that through. It gets murkier with multiple pen names however. After all, how can CC know any one of us has a legitimate claim to some other name that's out there?
