Hi,

Yesterday, I tried to register as a new writer 5-6 times and every, even the first, time was told that "This account has already been registered!"

OK, so why can't I log in?

Today, I switched browser from Chrome to Firefox, but am getting the same.

Is this normal and should I expect a confirmation email?

PS: I have tried two unusual 'names' - they can't bother be already taken, surely?

This message most often pops up when we have your email address on file, either as another account's primary address or Paypal address. Email support and we can look into it for you.
