Constant Content

Need a little advice. In a title, how would you suggest phrasing this:

Content Rich -or- Content-Rich -or- Content-rich? I'm thinking the second form.

Also, is it "website" or "web site"?

Content rich. Website is coming into usage so you'd get away with such a spelling.
