Small and long introductions

Hey Folks
I just submitted my first article, but there are two things I'm not really sure about: I understand what the small introduction is, but: After the extra introduction of min. 30 words, does your actual article start right away, or does it need its own introduction? Is the introduction part of the article or rather some kind of "advertisement" or teaser for the article?
Second question: What is this long summary that should be at least 1/3 of your text? Does that mean you simply copy a part of your text as a teaser?
Thank you very much for your help! I'm glad I found this site and hope you all have a good, inspired writing-day!
