newbe question?

I am currently a student can I submit some of my written school work. Not for full rites or Unique Rites but only for usage rites.

We prefer that you not submit this work. CC is looking for articles that appeal to a wide web audience.

We require articles to be completely free of spelling and grammar errors. They also must be free of sentence structure problems.

OH OK thanks, but I think that the couple of past assignments might have been very appealing, they were along the lines of How to Create a Web Site for Free, and How to do Proper Research on the Web.

I can come up with other topics outside of school though.

AngelKnight, you might consider using the research you did for your school articles to write a completely original article which you could then upload to CC. Also, Ed is right--their editorial process is *very* strict. You might want to have a teacher or parent look over your articles before you upload them, to make sure that all those pesky little spelling and grammar issues are in order, and that the sentences are clear and logical. "Rites" instead of "rights", for example, will get your articles rejected even if you used the alternate spelling on purpose. (As will putting the comma outside the quotation mark, like I just did...oops...)

Alternately, you might try a place like Associated Content where there's more laxity with language usage. I don't write there myself, but I understand that the editorial process isn't as strict as CC's.
