Person uploaded docs for a private request, can't find them

Hi, I recently accepted a private request and was told by the customer that he'd uploaded documents for me to use in fulfilling the order.

I can't seem to find the documents he said he uploaded anywhere on the system. In an earlier message he did send an attachment, but there were no docs attached to his recent communication that mentioned the uploads. Help!

My bad. The person requesting the article posted a formal private request that includes the articles.
