I was browsing through content requests and many requesters have notes such as, "redo all copy on my web page," or "rewrite my articles," but there aren't any links to these pages and articles.

Am I missing something or is this an oversight on their part?

Usually, an author needs to express interest in the project by sending the client a message through the Q&A. Then, if the client still needs the work done, etc., he or she will send the necessary information to the author.
