Can I submit published nonexclusive AC articles on CC?

I just joined today so I'm a newbie...
I've been writing for Associated Content for about three weeks & have about 33 articles already published on their sight...Most are nonexclusive, so I know can resubmit elsewhere...
I was wondering...
Can I submit my nonexclusvie AC articles on Constant Content if I choose "usage" rather than "full rights"? I'm not quite clear if CC only takes articles that have never been published before or not, if you do not go for "full rights."
