According to the 'My Content' section my article on Chanel No.5 has sold twice but this isn't showing up in the license or account sections. I hope that it isn't a mistake.

I'm having that problem too--accepted an offer for an article but there doesn't seem to be any record of the sale. I guess it's some sort of system glitch?

I had an article of customer service tips sell for full rights (at a nice $150), then I guess the buyer fell through? Because it now shows as not being sold.

This was a fraudulent order and was immediately deleted. Seems someone was
testing a stolen credit card on our system.

Customers sometimes put articles in their shopping carts too and I think that might (but I'm not sure) show up as a sale before it actually goes through.

I guess it makes sense for a fraud to test a relatively high dollar article ($150) -- felt good for a day thinking it sold, though!

I still don't know what happened in my case! The article is still listed as having sold twice?
