Question about category

Hi, I was thinking about writing some articles about dreams (have one written right now about nightmares), and I wasn't sure what category to put that in. Any suggestions, or should I be making a new sub-category under something?

I was thinking it should be under maybe a 'sleep' sub-category somewhere, maybe in the 'lifestyles' or 'health' sections.

What do you think?

If I wrote an article about kids and nightmares, it would be in the health/family or health/children category. Put it where you think best and I will change it if need be.

You can also recommend a subcategory if you're planning to upload a bunch of articles to this subject.
