Yet another question for the experienced pros . . .

I'm just trying to see how many times I can put my name into the forums . . .

Actually, I'm wondering about articles sold for use. Do I need to go in and edit my prices once an article sells for use, set the usage and full rights to zero to prevent someone else from buying it for something other than use? I see the other rights are still appearing when I look through my account.

Thanks,
Julie

Usage rights

Hi Julie and welcome to CC :)

Articles sold for usage can be sold again, and some other client can buy them for usage, unique or fullrights. They do this with the full knowledge that the article has been bought before, and exactly how many times it has been bought. This info is available alongwith the article for sale.

I have often had articles which were sold for usage rights sell again for fullrights.

So when an article sells for usage rights, you can just let it be, no need to do anything at all!
Hope this helps.

Okay, thanks for your help!
