What is the difference between a public request sent to your email address and a private request found in the form when you try to submit an article?

A public request is for anyone, but a private request will be sent directly to you by a client who likes your work. if you have not recieved a private request, do not submit as a private request. that topic is to keep other customers from buying something a client specifically asked for.
