I asked a question about an offer I had received that was never completed by the buyer. Now, the offer has vanished after sitting there for over 2 weeks. Has it been rescinded, it is in progress, or did I just wake someone up with my previous question which was never answered? Some guidance if you please!

We delete old offers after a certain time, most likely this was the reason.
