How frequently are images reviewed? And do many sell?

Those are my questions.
The images are part of a new photography section which was on hold due to glitches. I just got a bunch of my photographs approved, which means that review speed should now be normal, same as for articles.
As to selling, we have to wait and see, but if the article section is anything to go by, CC will make a success of the photography section too.
