Number of sales

When I checked my account recently, I saw that my number of sold articles had increased by 6, but I cannot find any new sales listed in my recently sold content or in the licenses section. Is there a backlog getting the sold articles listed?

I noticed this morning at least 5 of my fullrights sales are not being counted anymore. My fullrights should be at least 297, but it is showing 5 less. My total sales should be 304 not 299. On the top selling authors list it has 292 full & on my author page it only has 295 full???? Is this being worked on also?
