choosing categories for submissions

Hi, I'm a newbie with a question about categories. If an article fits in more than one, is there a way to submit into two categories? Can choice of categories be changed later? And finally, are keywords the best way to deal with this?

I think that you can only submit to one category and I don't believe you can change the category after acceptance unless you delete and resumbit. Put it in the category that fits best. Keywords are a good way to make sure your article gets noticed for its subject matter.
