Full Rights vs Usage Rights - Popularity

Hi all,

I can see from the 'Recently Sold' area in CC that Fullrights articles sell the most, but my question is, can Usage Rights also be a good route to follow? Has anyone here had much success with usage rights and which type of articles typically do well in that area? I'm looking to build up a healthy portfolio of usage rights articles and know that I will need to price them appropriately, as well as look at niches that need more articles, so any guidance would be very much appreciated.
