Requested Content - Multiple Articles and Word Counts

Hi all from a two day old newbie

I have a couple of questions about some requested content.

It states 4 articles and 800 words but it is not clear (to me anyway) if that is 800 between the 4 articles or 800 each. Can someone please help? I have looked on the website which wasn't much help since the length of different posts varies widely.

The articles are for a blog post and I note from the website many of them are first person. Would my submissions be rejected by Constant Content if I wrote them first person even though it is for a blog?

I did post this query yesterday but it seems to have disappeared into the ether so apologies if is there and I can't see it for looking.
