Consequences of Removing Article
I think that one of my articles that's been accepted may do better on another website. Should I remove it? If I remove it, will that have any bad consequences for me as far as CC goes? By the way, I think CC offers good opportunities for writers. I want to write many more articles for it.
Re: Consequences of Removing Article
There are no consequences for removing an article that I know of, but consider that you can list the article on other sites as long as you respect licensing. If an article sells for usage on one site, you can continue selling it for usage on another site (but not unique or full rights). Likewise, if an article sells for unique or full rights on one site, then you have to pull it from the other site(s).
Re: Consequences of Removing Article
No consequences at all! I've gotten rid of a couple of articles that were dated and I knew wouldn't sell. Like SJHillman said, if you offer only usage licenses then you can list it anywhere.gorgygirl wrote:I think that one of my articles that's been accepted may do better on another website.
