Quick question.
I submitted an article for a public request which was accepted and sent to the customer this morning, for the 3 day period. Literally minutes after it was accepted I received a message from the customer saying thanks but this site is too expensive and they can get 2 longer articles for $5 elsewhere. Fair enough, I suppose it was good for them to respond, although they obviously don't get the difference between a quality CC article and 1000 words for $5 . . . . each to their own! My question is, will my article still be sitting with them for 3 days? Not a big issue, just wondering

Re: 3 day review for Public Requests
I suspect it will, and it could be longer if the system doesn't work properly as sometimes happens. In any case, I think that CC should know about this. In case they haven't picked it up here, I would shoot an email to support, and then you can ask them to release your article to the catalogue.

Re: 3 day review for Public Requests
If you receive an official notification that the client declined the article (generated by CC), then the article is released right away. Otherwise, if the client just contacts you on his/her own, it does sit for the full three days.
