I understand that authors can choose to include or not include an author byline in their articles. If there isn't a byline and an article sells under "use" license, does this mean the buyer can publish the article w/o the author's name? I just saw one of my articles online and it doesn't have my author name in it. No big deal though. Just curious.

That's right. Buyers cannot be obliged to use your byline if you don't include it in your document.
