Hello - Again!

Hi everybody.
I was here earlier in the year and used to lament the editorial processes that required me to submit a piece 4 times before it was finally accepted. It finally was, but I found some offline things that kind of took my focus away from online writing. As a result, I removed my piece and more or less moved on. And now I've moved back!
So the piece I'm going to resubmit is called Business Culture in Russia (same as earlier this year) and it's... 2700 words! Covers a lot of ground, from women's social status, to late meetings, expectations on legalese, etc.
What I need are some suggestions as to how to submit this, because I realize 2700 words is very much a TL;DR. I think it's fairly safe to break it into 4 separate pieces about 600 - 700 words each and that shouldn't be a problem. It's easily modularized, in other words.
My questions are : Do I break the piece up before submitting it, (that is, do I submit each 650 word piece by itself) or do I simply drop the entire thing as a single submission? And - equally as important - what sort of pricing and licensing would you expect from each of those options? So do I charge $35 per piece x 4, or try and bill $120 for the entire piece. I strongly believe this piece is useable many times over, as cultural issues don't tend to change overnight, so I'm hesitant about granting exclusive rights to the entirety for a pittance, if you get my drift.
It took about 2 1/2 to 3 days to write, is well researched and I've got others prepared for India, Japan, Brazil, etc.
Any help you folks could offer would be much appreciated.
Thanks again.
