To anyone who knows:

What does the term "purchase rating" signify in the headings section of the "requested articles" page? I notice there are numbers listed there but have no idea what they refer to.

Is there a glossary somewhere explaining the terms used on this site?

The purchase rating means the number of articles a customer has purchased. It is there to tell authors, whether a client has previously bought articles from CC, and if so, how many.
