Hi,
I emailed last month and again yesterday, but I have yet to receive a response from anyone. I will no longer be able to write for CC because of other obligations and would like to get my account balance paid out. Who do I need to contact for this? I've been clicking the contact us button and selecting the payment issue choice, but I'm not sure if anyone has gotten it or not.

This must be frustrating for you. Did you include your email address so that someone can reply to you? This seems to be the number one reason people don't get replied to. You may also want to make sure you include the address you use for PayPal to expedite the process.

I know that support has been working on the site slowness issues for the past couple of days, so probably not too many emails have been answered since then.

Thanks for your answer Ed. I had an email from them this morning and I'm all caught up. Hope to come back to CC one day when I have the time.
