Former writer asking for second chance because of suspension

Hi,
I have sent two emails in the past week to Constant asking to be reinstated. I was suspended because of too many rejections and not appearing to take them seriously. I hope for a second chance. I had many articles accepted but far more rejected. I was not suspended for a glaring error like plagiarism, but because of rejections. I think a new philosophy on submissions by me is in order, not sending in ten articles at a time in other words, and focusing on quality. Could I get a second chance? I am currently suspended. Is there a process to this? Thank you for your time and consideration.
