Changing prices

I've noticed on a couple of pieces submitted today that the prices I put in when I uploaded the article have totally changed by the time it's accepted for sale - and on both occasions they've been higher than the prices I'd suggested!
So, is there some reason that they're being changed? Are you trying to subtley tell us to price articles higher?!

I've noticed this once or twice as well, and was curious about it.

Hi,
I have been having tons of trouble with the approval area today, but haven't changed any prices. We do not change prices, but do encourage writers to ask a fair price for their writings.
Thanks,

We don't change prices but some times will forms they will auto fill with some browsers. I have this problem my self some times. If I go to enter the number "3" in a form that I once put "30" it will add the "0".
Not sure if this is the case or not, but there should be NO price changes. If you think it has happened please email us some examples so we can look into it.
Thanks

I know what you mean with the browser auto-filling, as that's happened in the past. But this time I thought I was really careful and the prices had changed considerably from what I put - ie $10 for a teeny tiny 150 word piece to $40 for single usage and $60 for unique!
I haven't got examples now, as I changed them all back to the original prices, but if it happens again, I'll let you know!

RachelN can you tell me if you noticed the price change after an order was placed. Or did you see a price change looking at the article after it was approved?
Thanks

It was just after the article was approved.
