Doing the math, it sounds as if the $40 order didn't get credited. $100+25= $125; $125 times 65% = 81.25.
If I were you, I'd check my licenses for sold content and make sure the $40 sale is still good (customers sometimes cancel or never pay) and take into account the date. If it just recently sold, perhaps the customer paid by e-Check which hasn't cleared yet. If the payment has cleared by payday, CC holds it until it does clear before paying.
Just some ideas.
