Are we notified when...

I was wondering...when something sells, are we notifed via email, or must we just check the "recently sold content" page?

If one of your articles sells, you should receive an email about it. If you do not, you may have to check to see if you have selected YES in "Your Account" for "Alert me when someone purchases an article".
