question about rights

Post by grouchy »

I have reformatted two already-approved articles in an attempt to meet the specific needs of a requester, so now there are two versions of each article - the original, which is listed for full rights, and the 2nd version, which I also want to be full rights.

However, it just seems there is something wrong with that. Even though I plan to delete whichever version doesn't sell first, I'm kind of nervous offering two very similar versions of the same article for full rights (in one case the second version has a different name, and in the other case the name didn't change except for a ref notation on the second version).

Believe it or not, I do want to do things correctly. Any ideas? Anyone? Thanks.

Yeah, you can't have two articles that are so similar for sale simultaneously. Because you reformatted for someone, I would delete your first version. Then, if the second one doesn't sell, just offer for sale whichever version you feel appeals to the most number of potential buyers.

Thanks,
