I forgot to put in my article... how do i get it back to put it in?!

Oops, I was wrong! Read Celeste's post.

Go to "My Content" and then find the article in the list. If it hasn't been approved yet, click "Edit." From there you can make changes to the long and short summary, adjust prices, add keywords, and even delete and re-upload the actual file.

If it is not listed in the list, that means it was rejected - which if you forgot to add the article makes sense. In that case, just resubmit taking care to attach the article this time around.
