Can you attach a diagram created in Word (such as a flow chart) to your article to illustrate your concept?

If you submit Word files, whatever the file contains should be included. If you want to submit several separate documents, you cand do that too.

You can attach multiple Word files (or photos or Excel files etc... - I'm not sure of all of the approved file types) though they won't show up to the customer in the "preview" of the article. Let them know that a flow chart is also included in the files so they know that there's more to your offer than just text.

You'll need to upload your main file as normal then go in and edit it. Scroll down to "add another file" and add the next attachment. I just did something similar where I had several Word and Excel documents as part of a merge project. Went through just fine!
