I recently received and accepted two counter offers on usage purchases for two of my articles. Now that I've accepted the offers, what is the procedure for getting paid on the offers? Still pretty new to this site, so please be patient.

The customer needs to buy them.... thats it.

Regarding this issue, I noticed that the person has already posted my articles on his site. What do I do if they don't compensate me for the articles? I understand that I have to deal directly with the purchaser and that it is not CC's responsibility. I'm just looking for suggestions.

Did you check your account here at cc to see if the money was posted there? We don't get the money directly. Plus, we only get paid once a month and you need to reach a threshold of $50. The next payment is scheduled for the beginning of February. Good luck with future sales. Once you start to sell, the bug hits you for good!
