Good Morning,

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem receiving the same public request over and over? I've received a request for a synapse article repeatedly, sometimes two at once. Is this a test or a glitch? All the synapse requests are dated yesterday.

Good Morning! I believe those requests are part of the testing that is going on to correct the email problems. I think most of us are receiving them. It is disappointing though to think, "Oh yes- new requests," only to find out that it isn't so. Have a great day~!

sorry about this, looks like our developer thought he was working on our test site... turned out to be the live one. Sorry again.
