Is it acceptable to submit an article with the top 1/4th full page and lower 3/4th formatted in Word two-column? Example: an article that includes short recipes -- where the short recipes start, the two-column format begins.

If so, I'm assuming the Long Summary will not be two-column?

Personally, I would just format in a single column. Anyone who purchases your content is probably going to format it differently anyway.
